I had a bout of plantar faciaties throughout marathon and IM training. I’ve been able to keep it from reccouring with calf stretches, Strasberg sock and doing tempo work on a treadmill. My foot and calf give me no problems when wearing running shoes all day however; my work apparel calls for me to wear formal footwear. My plantar bothers me after work daily. I’ve added Superfeet which help a lot but not like my running shoes.
Any feedback from ST on formal footwear options?
