Why not use Flintstones?

I’ve been using Slimfast as my recovery drink. It goes down easily when I just can’t get solid food down right away. And comes in a variety of flavours (do NOT get Strawberry. Chocolately Royal is my favourite). And for $10 per can, is cheap!
I’ll differ with all the other posters. I think you need to replace your glycogen and eat some protein as soon as possible after training. Some people think its a good idea to take some extra chewable vit. C as your body tends to dump it in the urine with stress. Other than that I think most of the “supplements”/vitamins are junk and money making schemes with maybe a good idea but little or no data to support.
You’ll find people that will say product x or bike x is the bomb. They will swear by it. I hear people swear by things all the time - in many instances I know 99.9% that they are wrong. Don’t argue - you will lose. Its like religion and politics. Take it for what it is.
Eat well - get enough sleep. Limit outside stress. Be happy. Be smart (don’t train when tired or sick).
