Get up to go ride this morning and find that someone has gone through my glove compartment, front console, CD’s, opened the ash tray and taken off the fuse cover. Probably took some loose change out of the console…
But they LEFT my Cervelo P2C in there! whew!!
Still flabbergasted by that. But feeling very, very fortunate.
Didn’t take any CD’s, even. Or the jumper cables. Or anything else that I know of. Guess they were looking for $$ and/or drugs?

I know…I was too lazy to take it out between Thursday evening’s workout and my ride this morning. She gets to sleep in the house from now on! (I won’t push my luck!)
Happened to me last week, forgot to lock it. They stole my phone charger and headset but left all my CD’s (obviously not interested in Bruce Springstein, Sheryl Crow or Steve Miller!) and my XLab untouched.
Moving this to the front for the Austin area crowd.

thanks…you know I’m feeling all sorts of guilt about how tickled I was that they didn’t get it before…now someone (do not know if same person/s) was in my freakin’ house! They tried to get my DVD player and some tools, too, but those were dumped on the driveway. Guess he/she/they got startled? very scary.
