I managed to get a nearly new pair of Zipp 440 tubular rims for a really good price. I put swissstop yellow king brake pads on the bike, no trouble stopping and they’re running fine.
I just wondered about 2 things: Is that noise normal? A whirring whine to a stop.
and what should the wear pattern look like?
