Stuck Indoors

Hey all,

For various circumstances beyond my control, I’m stuck indoors without equipment or access to a running track for the next two weeks. I’d been at a steady training regimen for a while before this, and now I’m concerned about losing all this progress. Anybody have any ideas for some good routines I can do indoors without much gear to keep my body and mind from atrophying?

You could always download P90X or Insanity and work on some core strength and calisthenics.

Jail time is a bitch but you can keep really fit by trying to fight off the boys in the yard or the shower block or your horny cell-mate Bubba.

Most prisons at least have treadmills. I’m in an impoverished Subsaharan nation, and I don’t want to be the only person in Africa who gains weight.
