The screw on frame that holds bottle holder must be stripped. I’m not sure how it happened, but the damn thing just spins in the hole and won’t come out. Any ideas on how to remedy?
Not the screw. It sounds like the rivet is spinning in the frame. Ti bikes often use threaded rivets instead of welded bosses on the frame. The good news is that if you can get the bugger out, you can replace the rivet. The bad news is that getting the screw/rivet out can be very hard w/o hurting the frame.

If it is just the screw that is stripped. You can try wedging a knife blade under the head as you unscrew it. Once it start to come out, you might have to switch to a screwdriver.
