I am new to the forum and have a general question. I am looking for a way to mix in weights with everything else that goes into training for a triathlon. I noticed that the schedule on this board does not incorporate weights into the training schedule. What is a good approach to mixing weights with triathlon training? I would love any suggestions you may have!
My suggestion would be that if you are under 35 yrs old and haven’t been doing tri’s for more than 10 years, skip the weights and do your strength training on the road, trails, and in the pool.
