The stimulus bill is trimmed down to $789! I feel less stimulated now… I guess you can’t have too little of a bad thing…or is that too much of a good thing!!!

Serious question, if this In US politics an earmark is a congressional provision that directs approved funds to be spent on specific projects or that directs specific exemptions from taxes or mandated fees.(Pulled from Wikipedia) is the definition of “Earmark”…isn’t this entire bill an earmark?
Apparently “Earmark” is a lot like “Pork”. If your for it it’s stimulus and “not an earmark” if your against it it’s “pork” and an earmark.
