Hey guys. I planned to do a broken brick on the Steelhead course this Sunday the 17th. I know many of you were interested in meeting me for a workout or two on the course this summer. So if any of you are interested I planned to get rolling around 7 or 8 in the morning. Broken Brick will be 30 mile ride, 3 mile run, 30 mile ride, 3 mile run. The last set will be fairly fast.
Or if i get enough request i will change the workout to a riding the entire course with 6 mile run so you can see the entire course.
If we do the broken brick I will take anyone interested in my truck for a drive of the entire bike and run course after the workout. Let me know
