We’re here, Sam is racing tomorrow morning and I’m still recovering from my big effort last night. Our kind homestay took me out to The Livery bar last night, great beers but I don’t understand at what point we decided drinking a 13% ale was a good idea. Went to the pro race briefing this afternoon and was still power chucking just before we went in.

I’m in the bad books , ‘er indoors’ just isn’t impressed. Hope she’s talking to me before her birthday tomorrow or it could be a long day, either way I’m glad she’s racing and I aint…
