It’s a fake commercial. No one fell down because someone was running next to them and grab their leg crying, got carried off on a stretcher to get the yellow card for the other team and then got up immediately to keep playing after reaching the sidelines.
If it were American Football, you’d know it’s fake too, because it ran for more than 12secs without a commercial interruption
