Yes or no? Do you still lube the thing?
I do lots of riding along the Gulf Coast and pick up lots of sand and grit. Looking to ease the maintenance load. Thanks.

Nitrile gloves, 3 gallons of mineral spirits and a sram chain with quick connector. You’ll be able to clean your chain almost good as new in about 2 minutes.
