I am in! I think I will be able to clear 1600 points, and maybe 1750 if I can keep the intensity under control (I will be training with my racing buddy who is super competitive with me and causes me to drop his arse to shut him up sometimes). 2000 is a ton of points for me as I am not a runner, which means I will be only doing about 60 miles of running versus 450-500 miles on the bike. This is going to be fun…

I’m in for the 18-25 group. My goal is to have the lead after the first day. I have a bike-run-bike session planned for the morning, and a long swim planned for the evening on Saturday. But, inevitably, Tigerchik will leave me in the dust when she swims for 4 hours each of the next nine days.
