Well, he has two nominations (Senator and Congressman) to West Point and one to each of the Naval and Air Force Academy. So the interviews went well.
Also, the Army football coach is interested and reviewing his film.
Still very competitive with minimal slots per nomination.

Very very cool! I think the nominations are the hard part. So many people get multiple nominations that the acceptance rate after the nominations is pretty high. And the football thing is a good thing (being a recruited athlete is likely what got me into USAFA and why I only got into the Naval Academy Prep School.). Congrats to him and you.
