might be going to st. kitts for vacation. anyone have any info on running there? good trails? the swimming looks great of course.

Me too… I’m going there on 4/20!! You find any info yet? I’m taking my bike… 
I actually spend 3 weeks there for a class in College. Best class ever!!! The island is not very bike friendly. Although you can usually run on most of the roads because there are grass paths along the sides. I plan to return so that i can Run around the entire country! Its only like 20 miles via the main road. Be sure to drink lots of Carib (beers) and Rum Punches! If you get the chance to go over to Nevis stop by Mr. Sunshines and get a Killer Bee…but be careful they be strong mon!
