Anyone signed up for St. George IM??? How do you think it looks compared to IMC? It looks tough.

Yep i registered…it definitely looks tough. Run course is actually more climbing than the bike course. It will no doubt be a tough course, but it will be equally tough for everyone that day. I think it will end up being the toughest course in NA, but that is just based on the profiles i have seen of the course. If it were easy, they wouldn’t call it "IRON"man

At least one STer has ridden the course and says there’s quite a bit of climbing on that front side from Ivins through Gunlock and to Veyo.

I’m heading down there next weekend to ride the course. I’ll try to post a descriptive scouting report when I return.

yeah all signed up, room booked,
the hills are shorter in imc, here it is 2500-3000 feet of climbing over 30 miles, that is not too bad. though the run is the killer, this will tell the men from the boys, take it easy for the first 13mile if not u will fade on the next loop big time. When finished u can say that u have completed one of the toughest im there is.
