current Gulf temp is 73 degrees. The Bay is typically warmer. Weather is expected to be warm so temp will be higher. However they always look for some water which is below 78 so wetsuits will be allowed—that way it is easier to find the dead bodies after the swim. I would not advise a wetsuit because you run the danger of overheating.
