Do SRM pwer meters use your existing BB?
If so, can the “pro” model use the outboard DA BB?
I’m thinking it will not work and would have to go to a standard typr BB.
Any other considerations when going with a SRM?

the Pro uses a standard BB (not sure if it is square taper or octalink?)
the D/A uses the new outboard style bearings.
Otherwise, no other considerations.

You can get it either way. You can also order replacement arms to switch between the two (as well as change crankarm length if you were so inclined).

Does SRM get data to the head unit via a hard wire? Or is it wireless?
SRMs are hardwired. Even the ones that transmit data to 2Peaks during an IM or the Tour are wired to a transponder.
