Help!!! Can’t offload data. Tried on my 64 bit O/S macbook, my wifes 64 bit Windows 7 O/S and a really old desktop PC running 32 bit Windows Vista. The darn thing requires a parallel to USB cable and I can’t seem to find the right driver. Worked backwards through WKO+ via training peaks with a program that included macbook drivers and a program to grab the data, but it still won’t work.
Anyone else have this problem and any advice?

Try putting a full charge on your PCV - I’ve had a similar problem trying to download data, and a full charge takes care of the problem.
No luck whatsoever. Full charge didn’t help. Tried buying a new USB to Serial cable at Microcenter that they said worked best with newer computer systems (and is Mac 10.6.x compatible). No luck.
What program are you using to pull the data off?
Anyone else have any advice?
Sorry to hear the EZ fix didn’t work. I just download into SRMWin on a Dell laptop running Windows XP. Hope you can find a simple fix.
