SRAM / Shimano cassette campatibility

I have a P2C with Shimano DA. I have a set of Richey training wheels and flashpoints. I am looking to buy a road bike that has SRAM Force components. Can I swap around all three wheels (all 10 speed)? Will the shifting work correctly? I believe the answer is ‘yes’ but wanted to confirm.

Have just installed SRAM Force shifters/derailleurs on a new bike, and all my wheels have either DA or Ultegra 10 speed. Shifting works perfectly (slicker than my other bike with full DA). I think the only compatibility issue is that you have to use SRAM shifters with their derailleurs.

I have a SRAM casette and chain and Ultegra derailleurs, they all play well together.

I’ll second what the others said, with one addition. The splines on my SRAM 10 speed cassette did not mate exactly with those on my Zipp rear hub. Basically the cut-outs on the lower cogs (14 and lower I believe), were too small and therefore didn’t fit. Though, in that case I just used the shimano cogs for 11-14, and it worked fine. It was a slightly older hub, maybe 2004. My SRAM cassette did fit fine on my other wheelsets though.
Also, I don’t know if this is a widespread issue, or related just to my particular cassette/freehub combo.

I’ve gone the other way - running a DA chain (with whipperman connex link) with my DA cassette and SRAM derailleurs… all fine. Seems mixing and matching is all the rage.
