I have a 2014 P3 and am looking to get a quarq power meter. I’ve done a fair amount of reading and made up my mind on the Elsa knowing that I’d most likely have to swap out the chain rings but my LBS said that I should just purchase a SRAM Red 22 Power meter instead since it’s already 11 speed compatible. I’ve found a few threads with people putting Elsa’s on P3’s but not much with the Red 22. Anyone have experience with this? Anything I need to know going in?
Also, with the Red 22 power meter now having hollow crank arms, what’s the difference between the Red 22 and the Elsa?
