Probably a dumb question but the bike that came with the Cadence Kona challenge has SRAM Force drive train/404s. I’m thinking about taking it over to IM Austria as my travel bike but would want to put my Zipp disc on it which has a campy record 10 speed cassette on it…is it possible to swap the cassettes or is the Force set not compatible with the Campy hub?

Sram and Shimano are compatible cassettes so I don’t believe that the Campy hub will work with a SRAM cassette. You can have the freehub body on your disc switched very easily and some of the newer zipp discs come with both bodies. I would just have it switched and use the SRAM cassette that way.
You can’t swap the cassettes. if the two Zipp wheels are of the same relative vintage and have the coloured freehub bodies, you should be able to change those. If not, contact Zipp about getting a Shimano compatible body for your disc.
