SRAM 22 R2C TT Shifters Delayed Until April. What to do about my build?

Just got word from my lbs that my Shiv build has some issues because the SRAM rep reports that the R2C TT shifters are delayed until April. I have Wildflower in May and then CdA in late June and don’t want to lose 2 months of riding w/ the new bike. What are my options here? I’m assuming the Campy 11spd TT shifters won’t work, but the Shimano ones might work? What would ST do? Thanks in advance.

I believe that SRAM RDs pull the most cable compared to Shimano and Campy so I don’t think either will work even if you somehow set it to friction mode. You could use an 11s Shimano RD and shifter and then just swap those out once the SRAM TT shifter comes out. Or run a 10s SRAM shifter and RD.

Build the bike with non RTC or Shimano drivetrain. Either would be a better option regardless of timing.

didn’t the 10spd R2C sram shifters have issues? just go with non return to center.

Buy a 10 speed rival crank, fd, rd, chain and shifters… Should cost less than 400. Use them for a few months and then sell them for $200 once your other stuff comes in. That is my plan if I can get around to buying a new bike soon.
