Sprint to Olympic Training plan

My 16 year old daughter is new to tri’s (did her first sprint in April). Right now she likes them for the free t-shirts and food. Hey, it works for me.

The plan-she’s signed up for a sprint in Dallas on July 22nd. Sprint two weeks after that (aug 5th) with a longer swim and bike (800m, 18m). I can get her trained up those points w/ a plan I have already.

After that she is signed up for an Oly in October. I’d like to keep her progressing from the sprint tng plan right into an Oly tng plan (at the sprint level).

Does anybody have a plan they’d be willing to share? I’ve checked trinewbies.com and can’t find anything that is close enough to use.
