Sometimes I forget there is more on this forum than the BB function.

Do not rush to judgement … and let’s preserve the idea of a fair trial and innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Personal freedom is eroding rapidly, partly because of increased population density and partly because people are too lazy to pay attention and have let their power accumulate in the unitary (dictatorial) presidency. (‘let George’ do it.)
I think Slowman’s theory of activism skipping generations is interesting.
I can think of anecdotal evidence of generation skipping but cannot recall seeing any rigorous studies.
Perhaps there is activism generational skipping similar to Kondratiev economic cycles.
