I did a search of the Koran text on-line. There is no section 9-11, there is no mention of the word “eagle.”
This is a hoax that has been circulating quite a while.

There is a “Surah” or Chapter 9, and it has a Verse 11, but it has to do with Repentance, not an American Eagle cleansing the region. I agree, it’s a hoax.
