We have been able to secure some pretty serious funding from the coporate sector and we are looking for 4 males and 4 females to be part of our triathlon tour team. There will be no cost to you (other then if you need to take vacation time at work). We are looking for athletes 18-35 who show promise to be elite Age Group Triathletes or even be able to be at a International level. If interested send me a direct message
i think an even better idea is to get an athlete, such as myself, who is surrounded by the majority of racers in a tri: in the middle of the pack. Think about it. you’ve got a lot of stay at home moms who i can chat with on the run, and what are they doing all day? they could be buying stuff! not only that, but i’ll be slightly in front of the most ripe market: the BOP. these guys need to upgrade their bikes, shoes, wetsuits, everything!!! and i’m where they want to be- up there with the hot moms looking to stay fit!
the elites are just out of touch with middle-pack america, and they want someone they can relate to
Serious question: Specifically road tri’s or are you looking into the cross/off road triathlons too. I had plans on competing heavily next year in the XTERRA series, as well as cross champs and working my way towards world champs and seeing where that took me…
The races we plan on attending as a team are almost all in the 5150 series, but if you have some seriously good results in the past it is something we would be willing to explore

Define “elite”,“elite” as defined by 5150 is 2:15, but I am guessing your expectations are a bit higher.
that really all depends as a 2:15 and it was your first year in the sport and have a lot of room for improvement is very different then 2:15 and being a tri guy for the last 8 years. we are open to everybody but the Tour team will be the top 4 males and top 4 females that apply.
The ideal situation would be for males able to swim 1500 under 1830, and run 10k under 34:00
female under 20:00 and under 40:00
