Spiz. (4)

Anybody have any experience using Spiz, the endurance formula to train and race with?. I spoke to a guy who swears by it.

I raced my first couple of Ironmans on it with good results. I enjoyed the taste (chocolate - never tried other flavors but heard bad things) and my stomach tolerated it quite well. That said, my stomach tends to tolerate just about anything so as always, YMMV.

Sadly I have to say it was foul IMO, and I am pretty happy with any of the products on the market…
Nothing specific but others are lighter tasting more palatable and easier to keep coming back to etc…

I’ve used it for a few years on my long distance bike efforts (5+ hours) and for a top up to breakfast pre-race for 5150s. Taste is fine, doesn’t upset my stomach. I recommend it.
