What do you guys think of them compared to the LAS?

Smaller frontal profile makes the helmet a lot less “bulky”. Faired in undercarage makes it nice as well. We have the LAS in all colors too, but I personally like the Spiuk over the LAS.

I tried them both. LAS has LG Rocket like shell. Unfortunately Spiuk’s flaps were very uncomfortable with sunglasses for me. I didn’t like the strapping system on LAS helmets at all!
You can’t see from the photo but the graphics on Spiuk are decals so if you want you can remove them all and get painted.
Overall Spiuk seems a better choice.
It all comes down to comfort of course- Some glasses do not fit well in the Spiuk, some do. We have found that Spiuk Ventix and Yara glasses fit quiet well in the Kronos as does the new Oakley Radar glasses.
Agree, Oakley radars work well. I think the Spiuk Kronos is extremely comfortable. By the way, the most comfortable helmet I’ve ever worn is the Spiuk Nexion road helmet.
Do these come pre-cracked at the seam or do you need to ride a few times for it to form?
Okay…that was my poor attempt at humor, but a buddy has been through 3 of them in a month. Seriously, what is the warranty policy and have they address the seam issue? Looks like it could be a great helmet…

I got the helmet in today definitly feels lighter and better put together then the LAS. I’ll see how it feels at nationals this weekend.

I just received my white spiuk kronos today in the mail. I’m very pleased with it. Only problem is my Rudy Project glasses are a tight fit, and because of sponsors I have to use rudy projects…

when did you grow your hair out?

Not my hair, that’s part of the helmet. Helps smooth the chin/neck airflow transition.
I just got mine from R and A today and am sending it back. I have a slightly big head but not enormous and this helmet is way too small. None of our local bike shops carry it. Though it is a beautiful helmet, I would recommend trying one on first if you have a slightly large head.
that’s my fear - my melon is on the large side too. do you use a large regular helmet?
