Just checking my assumptions, I’m using Training Bible workouts and every week I’ve got a hill workout. During races I will do my best to spin up hills. However, to build force shouldn’t I do the hill workouts at a low cadence, I’m thinking something like 70? If I performed the workout at 90+ cadence then isn’t it really just an interval session?
The workout is always done on a computrainer and is 7’ “hills” done at CP60 with 3-5 minutes of rest between each hill.
I have another workout every week that is 90+ cadence, aero position and 60’ nonstop at HR zone 3.
