Wondering if anyone has tried this new DVD…or other spinervals, what are they like, I have never tried any…but sound interesting.
I’ve got the Fall Colors virtual ride. It’s nice. Gets you out of the mode of staring at a bunch of sweaty riders on windtrainers. I think he does a decent job of giving you the feeling of riding out doors, when you can’t. Have not done the Lake Placid DVD yet.
