Selling my 9 series after Kona. Purchased last fall and used since then. I trained on the bike probably 100 miles a week and it was raced just six times (2 Im distance & 4 sprints). The bike is in excellent mechanical condition. There are a few paint chips. There are some around the left rear dropout from the skewer hitting the dropout. One is on the top tube on the left side, back by the seatpost. Thank a collapsing transition bike rack for that one. There also is a large bit of paint removed on the left fork tip. Visible, but in a pretty out of the way spot.
Bike is 2011 size Large. Equipped with Force RD & FD. SRAM carbon shifters, Fizik arione saddle, crank will be either Force compact 170 or Bontrager compact 172.5 buyers choice. Stem is 100/10. I have all stem riser and bolt hardware. Wheels are buyers choice, none or Bontrager SSR trainers. Bike has X-lab carbon rear cage mount as well as X-lab turbo aerobar mount. There are four carbon cages that are on the bike right now and will stay with the bike. Comes with draftbox, speed box bento box, Bontrager aero bottle cage and two aero bottles (one is a tool holder), .
The bike will be at Kona if you will be there and want to check it out.
I am willing to sell as a frameset. I am also willing to sell as a complete in Kona and you could take it home from there.
If interested PM me for pricing details.
What sort of price are you looking for - complete bike? How tall are you?

You do realize, don’t you, that your bike is going to find out you intend to sell her after the race? She’s going to feel used and hurt, then get angry, and she’s gonna spit you off on the side of Queen K Hwy. Don’t say I didn’t warn you. Never decide to sell your bike before the race and then try to ride it. Bad Mojo.
You’d better wash her tonight, and polish her up good. Maybe she won’t chuck you into the dirt.
I love my bike(s), all of them. My SC knows that Kona is our last hurrah together. We are going to ring it out in style. I rode my Cannondale Scalpel to a Super D National title and then sold her to a new parent. I am like a foster parent to bikes. I love them for a year and then give them to a deserving new parent.
Do not worry, SC was cleaned and polished before she went on her TriBike Transport field trip. A clean bike is a happy bike.
I forgot, there is a duo trap sensor on the bike already. If anyone is interested I may be inclined to keep the Quarq crankset on the bike and adjust price accordingly.
Are you going to get a new tri-bike or call it quits?
I will still be racing. New stuff on the horizon.
Pft!!! You say that like there is a bike better than the SC!!!
You need to quit lying to yourself! You know that’s not possible!!
Honestly, I do not think there is a bike out there that is better than the SC. “New stuff” was not referencing any bikes, just opportunities.
