Specialized Transition and internal SRM cabling

In the Transition frame,
Wondering if anyone can give me informations about, how to install the SRM cable, in the internal hole in the frame

Any special cable from SRM ??

any special action

Thanks for your help

you have to cut the cable, feed it through, then solder it back together. Or at least that is what I was guessing since you can’t stick the sensor down that hole.

What DD said, its not hard, the hardest cut is the first one.

you will need a solder gun, make sure its not one that gets super hot so you don’t burn the wires.

you need 2 sizes of shrink wrap and a heat gun

cut the cable, run it, peel back some of the external casing, bend the mesh wiring out of the way, peel back the internal, put smaller shrink wrap on one side and larger shrink wrap on the other side, solder the internal, shrink wrap it using the smaller, solder mesh back together as a single wire, shrink wrap it with the larger one. plug it in and your good to go.

I cut closer to the PCV side instead of the sensor side.

Thanks Guys
