A feigned exclamation does not make the two cases any more relevant. Hot dogs and TMNT have nothing in common. The hot dog stand came before the TMNT. However, Specialized makes bikes and bike components, including bags. Specialized came first and had the trademark to “Epic.” I know you can see the distinction, even if you refuse to admit it.
Look through the cases (some of which I didn’t know about till now) and half of them are legit, half of them are straight up bullying. If you don’t agree, nothing I say will sway you. Just as anything you say about the “legal position” of the cases will sway my view of specialized and the merits of each individual case.
Fair enough. But, I am still trying to understand your condemnation. I guess you feel a company has a right to protect its interests, just not too much.
