Anyone out in the world of slowtwitch have a template of their training plan for their Ironman. I’ve done several Half’s before but never had a structured plan just went off natural ability. I’m a strong runner, above average cyclist and average swimmer. I just need someones to look at so I can get an idea of how to plan one. Thanks
