This German-Irish-Hungarian-Canadian has debates with himself all the time if he could only eat one cuisine if it would it be Mexican or Italian…
I eat some tacos and think Mexican is the way to go. I make some cioppino and then eat some pizza from Primastrada and think I couldn’t live without Italian.
Japanese food is up there too, but I start cheating after being in Japan for a while. It’s not hard to find passable Italian in Japan, Mexican on the other hand.
So what’s the best part - the spaghetti or the wine?
My ex wife was Italian ethnic. Learned to love pasta and red wine. Fortunately wife #2 who is not Italian still enjoys the same cuisine. Also the garlic bread X2.
