Space Saver?

Hi all-

Bought a CygoLite NightRover for my early morning rides but have dsicovered upon receipt that !!! it does not come with an oversize 31.8 mounting bracket, nor is one available from the manufacturer until October (est). The manufacturer rep recommended getting a space saver–does anyone know where to find one of these on the wonderful www?

Thanks! I take it it fits oversize–the ad doesn’t seem to say that I could see?
