I am going to be the head bike marshall at the SOS race this weekend. If any of you are doing the race come over and say hello. I will be giving a short talk on the evils of drafting.

It’s a tough course to marshall. I know up the hills it looks bad and next week we will see pictures that look like drafting. When there is 50 bikes going 10mph up an eigth of a mile climb it gets crazy and frustrating.

I have been marshalling this race for about ten years now. We use our judgment on the uphills.
