Pretty terrifying that sometime in the near future someone with equipment that you might find in a high-school laboratory and a modicum of know-how could create a “super-bug” capable of killing hundreds of millions of people. Somebody recently told me that using CRISPR is a thing for current high school students which is… amazing.

I canceled my Netflix a few months ago. But, yeah, that’s pretty scary to think that thermonuclear war would be manageable and preferable compared to dealing with a super-bug (or, God forbid, multiple super-bugs).
