Nice high arch, arch is located somewhat more foward than most other brands, arch is ONLY on the medial inside with no lateral arch, nice heel cup, available in two models a thinner and thicker version, heat molding is a nice option but seriously very few people actually do it, nice light and low profile, not the most durable insoles out there especially for big guys, 90 day guarantee…
I like these from the feel good standpoint and they sure are easy to sell as the arch is noticeable right off the bat. But for a lot of people I think the arch is to far foward and not balanced enough with to much emphasis on just the medial arch. Something like the Superfeet green works better for a lot of people once they get used to it, is more durable, has better arch support (medial, lateral and tranverse) and is definetely better suited for treating Plantar Fasciatis. But buy whichever one feels better. Sole is a great brand. I have Soles in a couple of my shoes presently.
Love my Soles. I have a very high arch and the super feet insoles I had (can’t remember which ones) are just a tad short in the arch. Good enough for the few months until I ordered another set of Soles. I have used the Soles in my cycling shoes for about a 6 months and it has helped out with my foot cramping up on hard training days with my cycling team. We will really see this summer when everyone is in shape.
