These are very rare and hard to find. Used only for a few rides, before realizing my feet are too narrow to work with them. Great shoes, very light and super stiff. Size 44. Standard 3 hole cleat mounting. Runs very close to Sidi, Shimano or Mavic 44’s (I have used all of those in this size).
