This is a HED 3 trispoke rear wheel, 650C clincher, for sale. I bought it used in excellent condition about a year and a half ago, and have put about 500 miles on it since then. It is in excellent condition. There’s a very small nick in the one rim, above the braking surface though, so it doesn’t seem to affect anything. Shimano 9-speed freehub. No play in axle. There is a Tufo Jet C Special 650x19 tubular-clincher tire mounted. I got the Tufo from a wheel I bought, so I can’t tell you much about it, but it looks in good shape, and the seller said there is Tufo sealant already in the tire.

Bump-aroo. Pretty much the fastest rear clincher available this side of a disc. Great for windy courses…heck, ride it all the time, the HED3 is bulletproof. Why ride slow, heavy wheels in training?
