Okay, I’ll call it a 9/10 after all. I cleaned it up and it’s actually very clean (just had some gel and glue I think). Pictures are up and available at:

I don’t have a truing stand, but it spins very even on my fork, and I haven’t had any issues or crashes with it. Also has not had a ton of use.
