SOLD: Aerobar 3T Ventus Team ** -17° **

I am going to visit San Antonio in a few days. If anyone in that area is interested in buying a Ventus Team aerobar in the hard to find -17° version, please send me an e-mail or PM.

I was not expecting at all to sell these are they are the best aerobars we have ever owned. Unfortunatelly Sergio Jr. is not racing triathlons anymore and the UCI is not allowing these aerobars in TT races. The bars are banned not for safety reasons but to level the playing field as these aerobars are no doubt an advantage to the few able to race with them. Fortunatelly for some they are allowed in triathlons.

It is a good opportunity because I am selling them for $500 and because the bars are in very good condition. On a bike they look like new but for the rubber grips that are easily replaced.

I have never sold anything by e-mail so I was thinking in doing this in a person to person deal, that is the reason I am offering them to residents of the area I will visit shortly.

Below a photo of Sergio Jr. riding on them last May. That positon would never be possible with the normal +6° version. I had a hard time finding the -17° version.

Thanks and best wishes,

Sergio

I forgot to mention that I am also selling -for the same reason- a set of Blackwell Research Concord aerobars. In the same league as the Ventus by the way but perhaps better suited for longer distances like an Ironman. John Cobb did a really good job designing this one, it is a rock solid and very comfortable aerobar.

Both aerobars come with the break levers included of course but the Concord does not have the stem included.

Best wishes,

Sergio

pm sent on the blackwell research bar.

PM sent about the 3T Ventus.

Below a photo of the 3T Ventus.

I wish I could have bought them in this condition for $500 some months ago.

The aerobar could be delivered personally in Austin, San Antonio or Laredo TX as I will be in that area this weekend.

I am very busy but I am going to check out the Paypal system as an option to send them from TX to some other area of the country in case someone from other area is interested.

Best wishes,

Sergio
