Hed Tri Spoke/H3 650. comes W/ an almost new Michelin Pro 2 tire, 650 x 23, tire almost new. Wheel is in decent condition, with a small, 2mm round indentation on the brake track, about 1mm deep (pictured). It doesn’t seem to affect braking at all. I’m removed the seals from the bearings, which are in OK shape but will need replaced at some point.
