So can one (or more) of the nutritional gurus out there shed some more light on this (seemingly) wonder supplement? I read Ric Stern’s article and have pieced together some more stuff on my own, but is there a consensus? more double-blind clinical reults? anecdotal reports? Long-term side effects? short-term? any and all info appreciated.
