The last few years I have used e-caps perpetuem which has a little sodium phosphate in it. e-Caps say that is beneficial during the race (in addition to loading the days before the race with race day boost). I have had some stomach problems with pereptuem (maybe it’s the fat) and am switching to Infinit this year. My OD results are all better than last year and my stomach feels better. My thought was to add a little race day boost to the infinit (but it also contains some glutamine). I’ve done this during long training sessions and haven’t had a problem. But if it’s not going to help, it might be best to leave it out for the race. My next race is a 1/2 IM. Any advice or experience would be appreciated. Thanks
