collecting the “years” salary back from the riders who signed the pledge but who were found to be doping. Exactly how will this work? I suspect the only leverage will be they won’t be able to compete again until they pay it back to whoever is supposed to collect it, even if they serve their two years. But, if they retire and don’t intend to race again, how is it supposed to work?

I just have a strong personal objection to incomplete subject lines. It’s like spam, only unlike with spam, it doesn’t matter if I click on the thread or not. I don’t understand why you wouldn’t just put a complete thought in the subject line so I’d know in advance whether or not I wanted to read the thread. You don’t actually gain anything by making people click on a thread. And if people aren’t interested, then you have wasted their time. I just don’t understand why it is so hard for people to write subject lines that explain their threads… There are no rules against it. I am just curious what was the psychology that led you to post the subject line that didn’t really say anything.

Actually, I am about to leave for a 3:30 easy ride. I feel like that is a curse. It is long, but there is nothing to really focus on. No intervals. No meat & potatoes!
what kind of coach give a 3.5h easy ride… everyone know 90 minutes is a easy ride…
and if you give someting longer… you need to put some ‘‘BREAD AND BUTTER’’ set so you get something out of it… we really have to teach everything to these coaches…
