So Danno, you must have been sitting at the dinner table tonight. Long discussion with all the crew and that is exactly what they arrived at as the best solution. Don’t get run out of a place you like to shop, man up and acknowledge that something probably happened but don’t be a jerk or escalate the situation just because the guy has some serious issues.
Funny, the kids were pretty humane. Evidently they know the guys has three kids and works two jobs. When I mentioned the idea of talking to his boss they were adamant that it wasn’t right to possibly cause him to lose his job. The lousy kid that cut a guy off five years ago has grown into a decent person. I can’t ask for much more than that.
Glad to hear it. It’s funny . . . most of the time, people just want you to acknowledge that you were wrong (or at least have no reason to doubt that they were right) and offer an apology. Many times, that’s all it takes.
