Quick question for the more qualified bike fitters. I don’t roll my pelvis and I do have a high position (although I am 6’3). I’m a half decent rider but does anyone know anything for or against pelvic rotation. I’m very comfy as I am but are apart from the aero advantage are there any other gains to be had ?
Sure sure…you would be better if you could this and that and rotate and aero and lean and blah blah blah…fact is you will be faster if you are comfortable…
